Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box of your choice.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label from our portal and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any USPS mail carrier or drop it off at a local Post Office location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
